Accessibility statement

Last updated: August 24, 2026

At GexVision we want everyone — including people who use assistive technology — to be able to use our website and platform. We work continuously to improve accessibility and to remove barriers as we find them.

The standard we follow

We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA as our benchmark. It is the standard commonly used to evaluate accessibility and the one that guides web-related expectations under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).

What we've done

Testing

We check pages with automated accessibility tooling (axe) alongside manual review. The site's public pages show no automated Level A/AA issues in our latest review. That said, no automated test catches 100% of possible barriers, so we keep reviewing.

Known limitations

Part of the platform shows dense financial charts (gamma levels, profiles, candles). We provide the underlying numbers in tables and text wherever possible, but some visualizations can be hard to interpret with a screen reader alone. If any part of the product isn't accessible to you, contact us and we'll help you with an alternative.

Found a barrier or need an accommodation? Email [email protected] and tell us which page and what happened. We'll respond and find a way to give you the information or service another way. Your report also helps us make the site better for everyone.

Ongoing effort

Accessibility is ongoing work, not a one-time checkbox. We'll keep reviewing the site as we add features and will update this statement when there are meaningful changes.
